Work Simulations/Case Studies are activities that are carefully developed to replicate real life scenarios, where specific competencies (e.g. Analytical, Strategic, Communication Skills, Leadership style, etc) can be demonstrated.
Trained consultants assess the exercises, and behavioural evidence is recorded and linked to the competencies to support the candidate's strength/development needs. |
