The client wanted to provide targeted development support for a small group of high-potential women leaders operating in a traditionally male-dominated industry. These women were managing increasing leadership responsibility while navigating cultural norms, internal self-doubt, and the ongoing pressure to “prove” their credibility.
The company’s goal was to foster a safe, practical space where these leaders could strengthen their executive presence, build confidence, and reconnect with their authentic leadership identities—all while managing competing personal and professional priorities.
It was a very positive experience. I learned to reframe how I see myself—not just as a manager, but as a leader. We explored what confidence means in our context, and I appreciated how personalised and culturally sensitive the coaching was. I didn’t want it to end—it was truly impactful
PPEARL designed a bespoke women’s leadership development programme blending one-on-one coaching, group learning, and cultural advisory insights over 8 weeks. The full experience included:
• Five 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions for deep personal development
• Two 2-hour group workshops to build shared vocabulary, empathy, and peer support
• Optional Hogan Assessment for leadership style awareness
