The Challenge:

With a bold 2035 vision on the horizon, the organisation stood at a turning point. Five major shifts were underway, affecting everything from its regional presence and partnership models to the way teams worked and decisions were made. These weren’t small adjustments. They required people to rethink how they operated, how they collaborated, and how they contributed to a larger purpose. And while the leadership had a clear direction, they knew that a vision on paper means little if people don’t feel part of it.

The real challenge was in bringing people along with it. The organisation had a deeply committed, values-driven workforce, many of whom had been there for years. They believed in the mission. But as with any transformation, there were questions, uncertainties, and mixed emotions. Change, even when positive, can be unsettling. The leadership team needed a way to reconnect people to the bigger picture without losing sight of the very real experiences, ideas, and emotions each person brought to the table.

They weren’t looking for a flashy campaign or a one-off announcement. They wanted to create a space where employees could be part of shaping the path forward. A space for listening, dialogue, and co-creation—where trust could be strengthened, voices could be heard, and alignment could grow not just from compliance, but from genuine belief. This was a human challenge at its core: how to build unity without uniformity, and how to move forward together without losing what made the culture strong in the first place.

The Solutions:

PPEARL crafted a full-day, in-person workshop designed to activate participation, reflection, and forward-thinking. Every component of the session was tied directly to the five organisational shifts the client had outlined, ensuring that this wasn’t just an information session—it was a journey of alignment. 

The programme featured: 

• Strengths Wheel – helping individuals see how their unique strengths contribute to the larger purpose 

• GroupWorks card game – creating values alignment through trust and open dialogue 

• Appreciative Inquiry – anchoring innovation and change in what already works, with a focus on forward movement 

These experiential tools created the emotional and intellectual space for real connection, deliberate alignment, and practical imagination of the future. 

 

The Impact:

Participants didn’t just walk away with a better grasp of the TF2035 Vision, they left with a deeper understanding of their own role in bringing it to life. Through guided reflection, strengths-based dialogue, and real conversations with colleagues, they began to connect the dots between who they are and what the organisation is striving to become. Many expressed that, for the first time, they could see how their individual contributions—big or small—fit into a much larger purpose. They were not just hearing about the vision; they were beginning to embody it.

The session gave space for honest conversation and personal discovery. Participants explored how their strengths could support others, how to navigate uncertainty with a grounded mindset, and how to show up more intentionally as leaders of change, by asking better questions and listening more deeply. The experience also strengthened cross-team bonds, creating a sense of shared ownership and solidarity among the 51 participants, all of whom had been handpicked as key influencers in the organisation’s transformation journey.
