The Challenge:

A senior HR professional at a social service agency felt she had reached a plateau. While technically strong and well-regarded, she struggled to express herself clearly and confidently—especially in high-stakes meetings with senior management. Her organisation lacked the budget for coaching support, so she took it upon herself to seek help privately. 

She wanted to build communication effectiveness, elevate her executive presence, and develop the confidence required to step into a more senior role.

• Developing confidence and presence in senior leadership meetings

The coach used a blend of coaching frameworks, role-play scenarios, and feedback loops to help the client implement small but consistent changes in the way she spoke, positioned herself, and responded under pressure.
