The client, a rapidly growing technology organisation, was seeking to embed a Growth Mindset across its diverse regional workforce. With teams spread across multiple countries and time zones—and operational demands leaving little room for synchronous training—the solution had to be flexible, engaging, and impactful without requiring live facilitation.
More importantly, the programme needed to move beyond awareness. The client wanted something experiential and personal, capable of shifting internal narratives, promoting reflection, and sparking behavioural change. It had to speak to engineers, designers, operations staff, and leaders alike—each with their own learning style and pace.
This wasn’t just training—it felt like a guided reflection. Every day made me pause and look at how I respond to change. I now approach challenges with a lot more curiosity and optimism
PPEARL designed a 16-day self-paced learning journey to bring Growth Mindset to life in a highly human, accessible way. Grounded in storytelling, neuroscience, and micro-reflection, each day invited participants to explore and reframe their mindset through creative tasks and meaningful moments.
Programme highlights included:
• Introduction to Growth Mindset archetypes (e.g. The Learner, The Visionary)
• Guided reflections on resilience, effort, and self-talk
• Experiential prompts such as “hero journaling,” growth playlists, and nature walks
• Multimedia content: short videos, daily nudges, and peer-sharing exercises
• A culminating “Growth Mindset Plan” to translate learning into long-term habit shifts
The course was mobile-friendly, modular, and optimised for flow—designed to meet people where they are, not overwhelm them.
Participants described the journey as immersive and personally transformative. Rather than feeling like a typical eLearning course, it was framed as a reflective experience—something learners could own, return to, and apply to both personal and professional challenges. Feedback revealed an increase in participants’ willingness to embrace feedback, sit with discomfort, and reframe failures as growth opportunities.
Teams across different functions reported new conversations about learning, stretch goals, and coaching. Internal leaders expressed appreciation for how relatable and inclusive the content felt across cultures and roles. The journey sparked mindset shifts that extended far beyond the screen.
