– Support Japanese senior executives in navigating difficult conversations in English with greater confidence
– Provide practical tools to manage conflict and deliver constructive feedback effectively in English

– Coachees are Japanese senior leaders (2 VPs and 1 CEO), all have worked in Singapore for over a year
– Coaching will be delivered in English; however, a Japanese-speaking coach is preferred to bridge cultural nuances and ensure clarity
– Industry experience in oil and gas is highly preferred
– Strong coach-coachee chemistry is essential to effectively address both communication and cultural dynamics
– Sessions are expected to commence in May or June 2025
