DEI: Transforming Workplace Culture

The client is seeking a keynote speaker for International Women’s Day to inspire participants by showcasing the critical role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in creating an inclusive workplace culture. The speaker will offer practical strategies and actionable insights to drive meaningful change and empower individuals to contribute to a more equitable environment.

Key Objectives:

-Highlight the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

-Share actionable steps individuals can take to support an inclusive culture

-Discuss best practices in DEI, particularly in a pharmaceutical setting

-Virtual preferred, but in-person is possible if the speaker is based in Singapore

-A speaker with a pharmaceutical background is preferred for relatability

-The speaker can be a leader/manager passionate about DEI or someone actively driving DEI efforts in their organisation

-This is a unique opportunity where country HR heads will join the session in person
