Objectives:
– Facilitate the transition into management roles, emphasising the shift in mindset and responsibilities
– Enhance skills in providing constructive feedback to teams
– Teach effective delegation techniques to optimise team performance
– Train managers in prioritisation methods to efficiently manage tasks and projects
– The Expert will need to adapt existing training materials into Thai (Malaysia will use English)
